1. What cookies are and what this notice covers
1.1 Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. The browser’s local storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way. In this notice we call them all “cookies”.
1.2 This notice covers the HypeLead website and the HypeLead app, run by HypeDigitaly s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 17665655, registered office Velká Hradební 2800/54, 400 01 Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic.
1.3 How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy).
2. Categories
2.1 Necessary. The website or app does not work without them, for example for login or to store your choice in the cookie banner. We do not need consent for them and they cannot be switched off.
2.2 Functional. They remember a choice you made yourself, for example the language or dark appearance. We do not need consent for them because you ask for them.
2.3 Analytics. Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people visit the website and what they do there. It loads only after your consent.
2.4 Company-level visits. Our own script, which would only find out which company a visit came from. It is not active yet and this category does not appear in the banner. It loads only after your consent.
2.5 We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. If we wanted to add them, we would first change this notice and ask for your consent again.
3. Cookies on the website
Before you make a choice in the cookie banner, the website loads nothing except necessary and functional cookies.

3.1 Booking a call. We only link to the Cal.com booking service. It therefore stores no cookies on our website. Once you move to Cal.com, its policies apply.
3.2 Payments. No payments happen on the website, so there are no Stripe cookies on it. Payment happens in the app.
4. Cookies in the app
The app uses only necessary and functional cookies, so it does not ask for consent.

4.1 The app also stores in the browser’s local storage your settings (language, appearance, panel widths, pinned columns, dismissed hints, view filters), the open workspace, the return point after connecting an account, and import progress. While sign-up is being verified, it stores your sign-up email in session storage; this is deleted when you close the tab. None of this is sent to third parties.
5. How to change your choice
5.1 On your first visit to the website, the cookie banner offers three buttons of the same size: “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Settings”. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Scrolling the page or closing the banner is not consent.
5.2 You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page or on this page.
5.3 When you withdraw consent for a category, we delete the cookies of that category that the website set (for Google Analytics, the _ga cookies), and they no longer load from the next page on.
5.4 After 12 months, or when we materially change this notice, we will ask you again.
5.5 You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, the website or app may not work.
6. Tracking in emails
6.1 Open and click tracking in our customers’ campaigns is not a cookie on our website. It is off by default and is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
7.1 Each version of this notice has an effective date. Adding a new third-party cookie is a material change, after which we will ask for your consent again.
