How the programme works
You recommend HypeLead, and for every customer who comes through you, you get 20% of what they pay for HypeLead during their first 12 months.
- Commission is calculated from payments the customer has actually made. [OWNER TO CONFIRM: that commission is calculated on the amount excluding tax and after refunds]
- Commission from a customer ends 12 months after their first payment.
- Commission is paid monthly, once the customer has paid for that month.
The programme is run by HypeDigitaly s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 17665655, registered office Velká Hradební 2800/54, 400 01 Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic.
How to join
Write to info@hypedigitaly.ai. We will send you your link and confirm the terms of the partnership by email before you start.
Attribution
A customer is attributed to you if they come through your link. [OWNER TO CONFIRM: attribution method, length of the attribution window and what applies when a customer comes through several affiliates]
Payout and taxes
- [OWNER TO CONFIRM: payout method, currency, minimum amount and payout day]
- If a customer gets a payment refunded or disputes it with their bank, no commission arises from it. If it was already paid out, we deduct it from the next payout.
- You handle your own taxes and contributions on the commission. If you are a business, you issue us an invoice for the commission.
Banned promotion methods
You may not:
- send unsolicited messages in breach of the law, for example bulk emails or messages without consent where the law requires it,
- bid in search ads on keywords with the HypeLead or HypeDigitaly brand, or on misspellings of them,
- publish your link on coupon and cashback sites,
- refer yourself or your own company,
- write fake reviews or pretend to be HypeLead,
- promise results that HypeLead does not guarantee, for example a number of meetings, a reply rate or inbox placement,
- claim that HypeLead can do something it cannot do today, for example outreach on channels other than email and LinkedIn,
- slip your link or cookies to people who did not click it,
- offer people a reward for signing up without saying so clearly.
Duty to disclose the partnership
Every recommendation must make it clear that you earn a commission for it, for example with the words “ad” or “affiliate link”. Consumer protection law and social network rules require this. You are responsible for labelling correctly.
Ending the partnership
- Either side can end the partnership at any time by email.
- If you break these terms, we may end the partnership immediately and not pay commission from the customers the breach concerns.
- We pay commission on payments customers made before the end, unless there is fraud or a breach of these terms.
Changes
We may change these terms. We will announce a change by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with it, you can end the partnership.
