1. How to read this document

1.1 This document is part of the HypeLead Terms of Service (the “Service”). It describes what the Service does and where its limits are.

1.2 Figures and goals in this document describe how the Service works; they are not a promise of results. The app always shows the specific limits of your plan.

2. What the Service does

2.1 Based on your description of the ideal customer, or on your website address, the Service looks for matching companies and contacts.

2.2 It adds public information about each company and, on request, reveals work contact details.

2.3 It uses artificial intelligence to prepare message and sequence drafts. By default, a person approves them before they are sent.

2.4 It sends messages from your own connected accounts: by email and on LinkedIn.

2.5 It collects replies from all connected accounts in one place and sorts them.

2.6 It offers an in-app assistant, a public API and an MCP connection.

3. Accuracy of lead data

3.1 Lead data comes from data suppliers, public registers, public websites and our own derivation. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, because people change jobs and companies change.

3.2 A “verified” label on an email means the mail server accepted the address at the time of the check. It does not guarantee that the address will keep working, or that a message will reach the inbox.

3.3 We do not verify addresses at free email providers, and by default the Service does not use them.

3.4 Some mail servers accept every address. For them the existence of a specific address cannot be verified, and the Service marks this.

4. Output of artificial intelligence

4.1 Artificial intelligence can be wrong, leave out important information or write something unsuitable. Always check drafts.

4.2 The ideal-customer fit score is an estimate based on public company data. It is an input to your decision.

4.3 The in-app assistant can carry out actions in the Service. Before actions that send messages or spend a larger number of Credits, it asks you. It may carry out small actions without a separate confirmation, within the limits shown in the app.

5. Mailbox warm-up

5.1 Every connected email mailbox joins a shared warm-up pool. In it, mailboxes of the Service’s customers send each other automatically written business emails and handle them as a person would.

5.2 Warm-up runs with daily limits that rise gradually.

5.3 The Service may limit campaign sending from a mailbox until warm-up shows that it is ready, and may limit it again if deliverability gets worse.

5.4 Warm-up improves the chance of delivery but does not guarantee inbox placement.

6. Open and click tracking

6.1 Tracking is off by default and is turned on per campaign.

6.2 It requires your own verified tracking domain. We do not use shared tracking domains.

6.3 Open tracking is not exact. Some mail programs do not load images (the open is not counted), others load them automatically (an open is counted that did not happen).

7. Sending limits and automatic pausing

7.1 Every mailbox and every LinkedIn account has daily sending limits. The limits shown in your plan and in the app apply.

7.2 The Service spreads sending over time and respects the time window you set.

7.3 When the share of undelivered messages, complaints or unsubscribes is high, the Service automatically pauses the mailbox or campaign.

7.4 We do not guarantee inbox placement. Email providers decide it.

8. LinkedIn

8.1 You connect a LinkedIn account through our supplier named in the Sub-processor List.

8.2 The Service keeps to a pace and limits for actions to reduce the risk of account restrictions. LinkedIn may still restrict or block an account under its own rules. We cannot influence that.

8.3 If LinkedIn or our supplier changes its interface, a feature may be temporarily unavailable.

9. Shared reply inbox and attachments

9.1 The Service shows messages and attachments from connected accounts. Attachments have a size limit.

9.2 Attachment download links are protected and expire after a while.

9.3 If you disconnect a connected account, new messages from it stop arriving.

10. Credits and how they are counted

10.1 Credits are deducted for selected actions, for example revealing a contact or loading a page of search results. The app shows in advance what each action costs.

10.2 Sending an email costs no Credits.

10.3 For longer actions the Service first reserves Credits and deducts only those actually used. It releases the unused reservation.

10.4 If an action fails on our side, we return the Credits.

10.5 The monthly Credit allowance renews at the start of each period. Unused allowance Credits do not roll over.

11. Availability and backups

11.1 We aim to keep the Service available around the clock, but for self-serve plans we do not guarantee a specific availability (no SLA).

11.2 We carry out maintenance outside working hours where possible. We announce planned maintenance that limits the Service in advance.

11.3 We back up data, and the backups allow recovery to any point in the last 30 days.

11.4 The Service depends on third-party services (email providers, LinkedIn, data suppliers, AI providers). Their outages may limit parts of the Service.
