Reporting misuse or illegal content

Did you receive a message through HypeLead that you believe is illegal, fraudulent or breaks our Acceptable Use Policy? Let us know.

Where: info@hypedigitaly.ai, with “Abuse report” in the subject.

What to include:

  • why you believe the content is illegal or breaks the rules,
  • exactly which content it is: ideally the forwarded message with its headers, the sender’s address and the date,
  • your name and email (for reports of some serious criminal offences you may leave them out),
  • a statement that you are reporting in good faith and that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

What happens next:

  1. We confirm that we received your report.
  2. We review it in a timely, careful and objective way.
  3. If the report confirms a problem, we may pause a campaign, mailbox or sending, remove content, or suspend or end the customer’s account.
  4. We tell you what we decided. The customer the decision concerns gets a statement of reasons from us and can challenge it.
  5. If we learn of a criminal offence that threatens people’s life or safety, we report it to the competent authorities.

  • give us reasonable time to fix the bug before you make it public.

We confirm receipt of your report and keep you updated. We will not take legal action against anyone who searches for bugs in good faith and follows these rules. [OWNER TO CONFIRM: this commitment and any period before public disclosure]
